Patient care and satisfaction is extremely important to the clinic. All activities are underpinned by a professional code of practice. If you have any concerns, please do discuss these with your therapist.

If your complaint is not resolved by these means, you can take matters further, to the Professional Statutory Registering Body, the General Osteopathic Council. This would be the course of last resort, in very serious matters.
